Sometimes all you need is a little push.

Wow, I adored this book
How lucky was I to get an arc copy of this book and then get a chance to listen to it in audio? I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, but it came alive even more by Piers Morgan. As a result, my enjoyment level increased substantially.
Set in Jersey. It was nice to recognise some of the places written in the story where I had been on holiday.
We meet Charlie, who was heading for the Olympics but didn't quite get on the plane.
Darius, a grouchy old circus performer, is just about to hit his 40th birthday.
The ups and downs that you go through whilst reading this book was harsh, rooted for each side, had tears in my eyes quite often. I completely sobbed at one part. But I smiled so hard at other points that it hurt. I absolutely loved this and don't even ask about the ending, perfect.
Well done, you have another brilliant book under your name. I would highly recommend you reading this book. There are moments of English, French, Romanian and even Spanish. Age gap, enemies to lovers, lost love, trust, trust issues, family, lost family and love and a happy ever after, what more do we need.
Fantastic narration by Piers Ryman as always, clear and enjoyable, although as usual, I did increase the speed on audible.
