High level not a step by step.
Disappointed looking forward to a little more guidance given its title “step by step”. It’s more of a high level overview. Really disappointed

Nice intro, but not a guide
Solid introduction to Six Sigma, explaining benefits, elements of implementation and prerequisites for successful implementation. Good for management in the decision process of whether and when to start Six Sigma or add it to their running performance excellence program.
It is, however, not a guide, certainly not a step-by-step guide, as it hardly explains the methodologies, how to lead improvement teams and really doesn’t teach you how to improve quality and eliminate defects.
