Summary

Learn the proven leadership skills and principles of how to become an effective leader and make everyone around you better!

This audiobook contains proven steps and strategies on how to become an effective leader.

Leadership is a combination of skills and knowledge on how to manage people to reach certain goals. Some people think that it involves controlling what other people do. The first lesson that you will learn from this audiobook is that you can never control people’s behavior if they do not want to do what you want. Each person decides what he will do at a given time.

There are a lot of things that a good leader should be. Aside from excelling in his or her field of choice, it is just as important to have excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional quotient in order to deal with people of different personalities. Being persuasive, confident, and flexible are some other traits that a good leader should possess.

This audiobook provides techniques and courses of action for anyone wishing to become a superhuman leader. I hope you take the time to listen through the chapters and integrate the insights you’ve gained into your day-to-day affairs.

Here’s what you’ll find in the audiobook:

  • How to be a great leader
  • Improve your communication skills
  • Stay motivated during the process
  • Build trust with followers
  • Effective time management and dealing with stress while being a leader
  • Leadership mistakes to avoid
  • And much more

A leader merely influences his or her followers’ actions. A leader makes his or her followers believe that what they are doing is beneficial to others, to the organization, or to themselves. This audiobook shows you what qualities you need to have and what skills you need to gain to become an effective leader.

There is already a great leader within you. If you are willing to discover the superpowers that will make you a great leader in any given situation, this audiobook is for you.

A deeper attention to fundamentals!!

The chapters are short for people like me who are easily distracted and even though I am not a poke player I could understand the analogies that were throughout the book. I would recommend this book to any one it was helpful and usefull. Most importantly it showed you the true qualities of a leader

Outstanding insight into Leader!!

This book is a good Listen. I think it needs to be balanced with another book from Ignatian Spirituality, but it is a great introduction to integrating your spiritual life and your professional life.Excellent, thoughtful analysis of timeless leadership. Superior historical support for his thesis. The author writes from a rather unique and credible experience.

Leadership best tips.

It is possible to acquire leadership skills. We all have abilities to become leaders just as we all have certain provisions for singing or running. Some are better than others, but each person has a basic ability that can be improved through training or practice.

Practice some of the techniques already and look forward to expanding my leadership toolbox with this book.Phenomenal book by a phenomenal man. This was assigned in a class and I was skeptical. However it has become one of my favorites. I loved listening to the audio version while exercising and discussing with classmates. Great text for university classes. Worth the investment.

Best leadership book written!

Excellent book. This version contains a lot of revised content over the earlier editions. This book is so insightful and helpful for professional and personal development.I love numbered lists and bullet points, this book has them! While most of the points made were things I knew, it really made me pause and reconsider them.

Such Dare to Build Trust

I wrote some books myself regarding different topics so I know how much work has been but to make a guide like this. The information is a bit confusing if you are new to the entire software but it really helps you improve your skills.

Finding balance in leadership.

I wanted this book to be as powerful and transformative as Extreme Ownership. I have begun listening to the Audible version today after waiting so long since finishing Extreme Ownership. It is rare for an audio book to be so well delivered by the authors, but these guys nail it

Easy to listen and very interesting

For college students, it may not be an interest unless mandatory for class but it taught me a lot about my own personal leadership styles and how I can work on more to be a better person and leader for the future.

Great perspectives on leadership

I'm reading these texts for a leadership course and they are very interesting articles. They can be very useful for learning leadership techniques that people can use in their everyday lives but are biased towards business and organizational leadership instead of social or Civic leadership

I had to have this book for my summer class and despite my dread of having to read it in the first place, it gives some great examples, theories, and information about leadership. For college students, it may not be an interest unless mandatory for class but it taught me a lot about my own personal leadership styles and how I can work on more to be a better person and leader for the future
