A System for Great Leadership Results!!!

I am a manager of a newer pet facility. I went into my position with ZERO management experience. Although, I have learned a lot along the way, I am always looking for more ways to be a better leader. I've learned so much from this and am excited to apply this in my everyday life.

extremely helpful.

The great thing about this book is the labeling of the different procrastinator-motivations and how to address. As a new business owner I always felt that there was more to do than I could do so I just wouldn't do anything.....and feel stressed all the time. His challenges about defeating "self-talk" and owning one's identity was extremely helpful.

Bad audio

The content is delivered in a very dry fashion and the audio misses like it is a scratched vinyl record.

Speechless

I loved all the insights into this book. Everything said can add to somebodies life, no matter his or her background! Things said are either a great reminder to become a great leader, and there is also new information and quotes I’d love to recite at a later point as well. Thank you author for taking the time to have this conversation with us!
