Listen regularly

This has been useful for me so far, as I've been shifting my thoughts towards eating healthier food and exercising more, and just making better decisions for myself. This weight loss audiobook is like a jump starter for weight loss. Love the motivation it brings and I feel it can last as long as you listen whenever you feel you are losing the will to continue on a healthier path. It's worth it to at least try in my opinion. Health is everything.

amazing feeling

It's the first time in my life, that I respect and love my body. This feeling is amazing. I immediatly noticed at the beginning that every time I listened to the meditation, I ended up with a smile on my face. After one month of daily listening, paired with a healthy diet and 10k steps per day, I lost 4 of the 15kg I have to lose to attain my ideal weight. And Ive been trying for more than 5 years to start a diet. Now I mostly listen to the affirmations to support my motivation to be healthier.

most relaxing

This is an amazing reaffirmation on how to live yourself as you are today and move forward to make changes from here. I have 4 of these books. Ths is the most relaxing and my favorite. The imagery is vivid and easy to visualize.

Helping me sleep better for sure.

I listen to this every night when I go to bed. I fall asleep and wake up hoping the message works. I'm not over weight, but I'm hoping this helps me eat better. it's helping me sleep better for sure.

Both motivating and effective

This is a great tool to have in my weight loss toolbox. It's both motivating and effective at getting you to take the right steps towards weight loss. Systems won't be effective if they can't get you to take action, and this has the right kind of mind hacks to get you motivated and off the couch. Awesome!!

Love how this is structured and how it gets to the heart of its message. The messaging has worked for me in the way that I want to eat healthier. Was able to avoid pitfalls in the fridge that I usually fall for. Progress!

Very effective

I'm less hungry for the wrong foods since listening to this, I'm more aware of what I'm putting into my body and it's made a difference for my diet. Love the mentality change that comes with listening to this hypnosis. It's brilliantly simple. It's been effective at curving my appetite and getting me motivated.

I wake up energized and motivated.

The two things you need to do to lose weight are to eat healthily and to exercise regularly. However if you have any energy blocks preventing your from doing either of those two things, weight loss can be an ongoing battle. Repetitive behavioural patterns that you find it hard to shake are often caused by blocks in your energy fields. By healing yourself emotionally and clearing your energy body of imprints from the past you can release patterns that have been with you for a long time. I feel so relaxed. I wake up energized and motivated.

It motivates me

I love listening to this before going to work. It motivates me throughout the day, then I want to go to the gym after I get off work.

Very clever production!

This is a well explanation piece that seems to automatically speak to the subconscious mind. I found it to be an easy way to trick the brain into wanting exercise and healthier foods. That alone has helped me lose weight faster. Very clever production!

It is very effective

It is very effective for portion control. I got a bunch of hypnosis audio books for weight loss. I eat healthy, exercise, very low carbs, etc. My vice - I inhale food and I just can't stop enjoying it once I start. So, my calories intake tends to get out of control.

Brilliant!

Love listening to the narrator of the hypnosis book. It helps me fall asleep faster and I have noticed that a few of her suggestions have popped up in my head when eating. but it is still to early to tell if it causes weigh loss.

Effective and impressive hypnosis sessions

My fingers are crossed that this is the additional boost I need to overcome my weight challenges... These are an effective and impressive hypnosis sessions. Their focus is on changing your mind about food and exercise, which for me works to get me to the gym on those days where I don't feel like going. Going to the gym then makes me crave healthier foods, so it's a healthy cycle. Nice!

I like this for everyday

I like this for everyday use to get a mindset about weight loss that feels natural. My usual thought process about food isn't so much healthy as it is for pleasure... not so great for the waistline. Some thought training is a great idea.

It's a nice way

I really like how this is structured for long term use with different music settings. I listen to it and don't get bored from the same background over and over. It's a nice way to continuously use this hypnosis.
