Loved the plot. The characters were both interesting and believable. The end leaves the door open for a follow up. I enjoyed the book read by an excellent reader.

Gripping

a slow start, but well read and lots of interesting detail to pique the interest - waited for it to speed up, but it never really did. Got about half way and it it sounded like it was about to take off - but no, a complete about turn, change of scene, different characters - I lost the plot and stopped reading - shame.

a bit slow - then then goes downhill
