Summary

A revolutionary technology. A sinister foe. A desperate fight for survival.

Get the special Publisher’s Pack edition of Last Light from the number one best-selling post-apocalyptic authors Mike Kraus and Justin Bell.

When a new drilling method enables access to a deep source of renewable energy, all expectations are that Ultilitron will champion a new era in electricity production.

When the lights go out and the killing starts, the country's emotions quickly turn from elation to fear. As a sinister foe emerges from the shadows, the survivors of the initial disaster must band together to survive, lest their lights be snuffed out like the countless others before them.

A new, intensely thrilling, and terrifyingly nail-biting series, Last Light is a post-apocalyptic adventure from Justin Bell and Mike Kraus like you've never seen before. Taking the tropes of post-apocalyptic world and simultaneously turning them on their head and masterfully playing to them, Justin and Mike deliver a heart-pounding series that will both excite and terrify you.

In this Publisher’s Pack edition of Last Light, you can get the first half of the series (Last Light, Cold Snap, Dark Void, and Hard Road) in one package.

Not worth the listen

Tried slugging through this. The premise is good but the characters are ridiculous. Bad guys who’ve messed up the grid and freed monsters think catching the good guy will enable them to go on as if nothing happened, although there will never be electricity again and theirs monsters killing everyone. Good guy’s continuous relating if his thoughts which don’t equate to the critical nature of the environment are annoying. Just not worth it.

Decent story

Good book but very predictable and the some of the outcomes aren't logical compared to probability.

boring

Definitely not for me, I found this series extremely boring and skipped through a lot of it. New type of monster for an apocalypse series, monsters from the depths of the earth. Reminded me of an attempt of a ripoff from Riddick movies
