No access to pdf

I like listening to French pronunciation of the words. Now I need a pdf to go with it to know how to write the words. Unfortunately, I can't get hold of it as it isn't available to me through Audible app and I send an email request to the author at contact@talkingdrench.com and my message cannot be delivered to this address

A great way to learn French

I really liked it, the most important part is that you learn how to pronounce each world. French vocabulary is not easy to memorize as it's pronounced differently to how it's written. With this audiobook you get to spend a lot of time pronouncing and repeating words; due to this, I feel that my French pronunciation skills have improved greatly. I am much more comfortable speaking now that my vocabulary comes back to me more quickly and naturally. I would recommend this audiobook.

It's a great book!

It's a great book! If you're looking for a way to kickstart your French knowledge without sitting at the desk and studying for hours every day, this is for you! The method is easy: it works the same way as we learned to speak when we were babies, listening and repeating what we hear without the need of serious concentration or effort and the words will settle in our minds. The organisation of the book is clear and it's easy to find the subject you need. The pronunciations are also easy to understand and it is perfect for beginners who might have problems to get used to voices used in French. The pace is good as well: not too slow but still gives enough time to repeat. Bonus: the whole text is written down in a downloadable pdf file, from where you can read the words while listening or copy them by hand to deepen the knowledge.

High quality product

What did you like most about French Audio Flash Cards?

After some browsing, I discovered this audiobook. The concept of passive memorizing intrigued me, so I decided to give it a go. I really liked using this method of learning: I had not tried it before but it definitely worked for me. My French vocabulary has drastically improved since I started using this audiobook and I would fully recommend getting it. The audiobook is in a logical order, and I particularly liked the clarity in which the speaker said the words in both French and English. This is an amazing product, and I would honestly recommend it.

Great for improving pronunciation

What did you like most about French Audio Flash Cards?

This audio book is easy to listen to, especially while on the go. My French was getting a little rusty but this really helped with remembering and improving my pronunciation. I liked that you could speed up the sections and make it faster so I could practice as if it were the speed of a real conversation.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

The section on countries was especially useful because I knew hardly any of the country names in French.

What does Mariem Nouni bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

I would recommend this the chapters are short and easy to listen to if you only want to do a little practice each day then one or two chapters is perfect.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No, this book is perfect for extended practice and multiple use.

Invaluable for learning French

I found this a very useful accompaniment to the ebooks. This resource helped me work on my pronunciation especially, as well as understanding spoken French better. I listened while I was doing physical exercise and found that a lot of new words had stuck, so I’d definitely recommend this if you have just started to learn French.

Perfect for Learning

This audio book is brilliant. I have improved my French pronunciation and have learned a whole array of words and sentences since listening to this audio book. Over the years I have attempted to build on my very basic French that was taught in school only to be disappointed. However I feel the techniques used in this audiobook have given me an easier way of learning. I highly recommend this book, especially if you are an audio learner like myself.

Valuable Acquisition!

I went to France on vacations for 15 days and I really fell in love with this language, although I had some basic phrases and words, it was always difficult to me to adapt my hearing and pronunciation.


When I returned to UK I decided to opt for an audiobook, so I bought this book. It has been a fantastic acquisition since its content is very complete, it offers a lot of vocabulary and also teaches you grammar such as: Common verbs, prepositions, adjective pronouns and possessive pronouns.



The narrative voice feels good to hear, is slow and it allows a great experience to learn. 100% Recommended.

Amazing!!!!

This audiobook helped me greatly in learning French, I’ve always found learning languages difficult before but this book made it much simpler, the layout is fantastic and makes it clear what each word means. I loved the way in which all the chapters are relatively short so I can listen to them even when I’ve only got a few minutes to spare, and on top of all of this the narrator had a really clear voice which helped me to not only learn the language but also the correct pronunciations of any words or phrases taught. I would definately consider using audiobooks by the same author in the future.

Very useful to refresh your French skills!

I used to study French a couple of years ago, but since I came to Germany I didn't touch the language anymore. It was a grateful surprise to realize that my French is still in my head and this audiobook helped me to refresh it in an easy way! When I started to hear the first words, over time the meaning of the next ones was coming to my mind without waiting for the English translation. Also, I learned new vocabulary without too much effort. If you have studied French some time ago and you want to refresh your skills, this audiobook will definitely help you with that!"
