Editor reviews

Tibetan lama Tarthang Tulku was the first person to introduce Kum Nye the Western world, and Kum Nye Relaxation serves as an excellent introduction to this Eastern tradition. Tulku begins by having the listener focus on breathing to aid relaxation, and his futher instructions - aided by the soothing tone of Arnaud Maitland – focus on subtle movements of the body, enabling a harmonious relationship between body, mind, and environment. Whether a beginner or avid practitioner, this is a great tool for those interested in Kum Nye.

Summary

The key to both internal integration and a balanced relationship with the world lies within our feelings and sensations. We can nurture and heal body and mind by touching our feelings deeply and expanding the flowing rhythms they bring to us.
