I hate them. They want me.

I only came to Blackwell Falls to find my missing sister. First on my list of suspects: the notorious Kings of Aventine.

Now I'm forced to live with the three men I can't afford to trust. Rock tries to fool me with a soft touch, kind blue eyes, and the nurturing I secretly crave. Brooding, dark-eyed Oscar takes pictures of me when I'm not looking and tempts me with his piercings, inked skin, and honeyed words.

Then there's Neo: King of Kings. Savage street fighter. Bully. Stepbrother. He wants me as much as he hates me.

I came to Aventine ready for anything—except falling for the three gorgeous men who might have hurt my sister.

Will they be my saviors—or my destroyers?

Kings & Corruption is a dark new adult college romance featuring enemies-to-lovers, bully, and stepbrother tropes. Intended for mature listeners.

Almost all the narration was the FMC really needed more of the 3 MMC to balance and the male narrator was really good. Very frustrating.

Almost great

I had already read the books and love love love Sadie Hunts books. The story takes place at Aventine University but the story is anything but PG. Heat, passion, characters you cant help but love with the mystery of Willa's missing sister. Mob families, fights, death and an insane attraction.... definitely a 5 star read/listen

Heart warming love story with dark themes

I loved this, great first book. Brilliant storyline, characters to die for and oh the spice! 🥵
My perfect kind of book, can't wait to start book two now.

Such a great book!

The story is the driving force for this, the spice is wonderful and feels right between the characters.
Neo, Oscar and Rock are so far gone for Willa and she doesn’t even realise.
Loved Willa, she’s broken from her sister’s disappearance but she is so strong and determined.
I got to the end and I still don’t know if I can trust the Kings. Especially Neo.

Dark, scary and spicy

The narrators are great. The story is half decent. The MMCs are great characters but the FMC is super annoying, I can’t cope with the whole ‘trust issues’ trope and to be honest with the continuous bad decisions, second guessing and close calls I actually thought you deserve to be killed now. Those boys should sack her off to be honest, I can’t help but think the entire series could have been put into one book with all of the pointless parts. I did a excessive amount of eye rolling to be honest. However I did listen to the whole thing and it was free with the audible plus catalogue so I can’t really complain. Will I listen to the rest of the series? Doubt it.

Good, not great?
