Nothing new

Basically, 33 minutes on "eat more green vegetables". Perhaps the full book has more insight, but this didn't tell me anything other than the obvious.

A nice overview of the actual book

This was short and sweet and hit the key points of the book in an easy-to-understated fashion. The narrator spokenclearly and had a pleasant speaking voice. I am glad I.listened to this rather than the entire book, as a lot of this is common sense eating.
