Great Introduction to keto...

Having wanted to furnish myself with a good grounding in the basics of a ketogenic diet, I was very pleased to come across this very informative overview.
Some very easy to understand science on how the body uses fat for energy, rather than carbs, as well as ideas of foods that are suitable, those that should be avoided, and some good ideas for mealtimes.
The narration took a little getting used to, but once I got used to the heavy accent, the information was clear and concise.

Can't wait to start seeing results..

A very different take on a diet plan that I could easily adhere to. This book is very clear about what is expected of you depending on which Keto path you choose. What I like most about this book are the upfront warnings about why you shouldn't over do it. Especially for those that don't like to workout. It's certainly interesting enough to give it a try. The narration is also well fitting for this book.

A basic guide

In 43 minutes you can not become an expert in anything but this short Audio Book will give you an idea if you want to learn more detail about this subject.

The Narrator did a good job in delivering the material.

Helpful actionable material.

Don’t waste your time surfing dozens of blogs to get a good start with a Ketogenic diet. All you need to get started is right here. The content is well organized and doesn’t get bogged down in extraneous details.

Great introduction to the best diet

The ketogenic diet is one of the most important dietary revolutions in living memory. It's profoundly changed my life, and I can't recommend the diet enough.

This book is a great primer on the principles of ketosis, including insulin response to carbohydrates and potential meals. I strongly recommend that everyone follow this diet, and this book is an excellent way to learn about the biochemistry of it all. Recommended.

Huge fan of the Keto Diet!

Being a huge fan of the keto, I enjoyed this book! It had a lot of great information for beginners and even people that are not beginners and think they are more informed like myself. I was able to glean a lot of fresh insight and ideas for my diet that I hadn't thought of before. Would definitely recommend!

A good guide to the basics for Keto

This is a very good beginners guide for the Keto experience. The author is very frank and honest about the diet, the process and the challenges.

The narration is good but I struggled to follow along in a few spots so I had to back up and listen again. In all fairness there is a lot to grasp here so my mind was relating what the author was imparting to my own situation. I blame this as the main reason for my distractability.

Overall this guide gives a great deal of beginner information in a short but well packed presentation. Listen a few times and you will pick up tips that you missed the first time through.

I would recommend this audiobook.

A good starting point

A very good introduction to the Ketogenic diet and a great jumping off point to try it out. Gives you some basic information and concepts for starting this diet, and the basic starting point for understanding what starting this diet entails. It doesn't get super specific, but it does just enough to let you dip your toes in the water and try the diet.

Short and fairly informative for everything you need to start the diet. I thought the narration was easy to listen to and spoken at a good pace to get everything across quickly and clearly.

Struggled with narrator
