My mom and aunt have lost 30-40 pounds following this program. They book absolutely phenomenal and feel so much better. Their energy level is increased giving them a greater outlook on life. I am beginning to do this same system! I have lost sugar cravings! I am on way to losing to a healthier weight!

The diet seems easy enough

The diet seems easy enough to follow for someone who eats meat. I wanted to find out about the Keto diet, and I will have to pass on this one. I am a strict vegan, so much of what is being share will be hard to follow. However, there is some very useful information on the level of carbs in your foods, and the measurements I can apply to my everyday life. I thank the author for writing this book, and I hope she can write how vegans can accomplish the same with a meat free, egg free, dairy free diet.

Great!

Eat starter book for those interested in trying out the Keto. So we all heard the craze about this new diet, however, the information I found was pretty intimidating. This book was really good at explaining what Keto actually is. The recipes are super simple and you probably already have the ingredients in your pantry. Well done!

Well done! Great to read it! I think this is a great book to start the ketogenic diet. It has a lot of useful information and a lot of delicious recipes. I started the ketogenic diet about 2 weeks ago using the recipes and I have lost 7 lbs. I feel better and have more energy than I did before I started this way of eating. The berry green smoothie is one of my favorite drinks to start my day. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in the ketogenic live style. Nice book! I suggest to read it!

This book really helped me when I started my keto way of eating. The beginning of the book about why keto, what is keto, etc was extremely helpful and easy to listen. The meal plan and following recipes are good. Some recipes are delicious some others are just average. However, I recommend this book for beginners or those curious about keto.

I had other books in hard back that were more difficult to follow and recipes were to advanced or I could not find the ingredients. I will use this everyday
