It is extremely well-referenced, yet it is written in a way that can easily be understood by everyone from the average layperson to a Nobel laureate. The book is written and laid out in a way where it can serve as a daily guidebook for optimal fat consumption and healthy eating in general.

Paleo diet and ideas like these

This book is yet another brick in my arsenal of getting healthier and healthier. Highly recommended as the possibilities of using ketosis whether cyclically or not, holds a worthy potential for resolving many conditions, including autoimmune conditions, diabetes, obesity, etc., caused by letting your body burn sugar over fat. Check it out!

I'd recommend this book as a great intro for folks thinking about trying a ketogenic diet. To really get behind the diet it's important to understand how, why, and the science of ketogenic diets, this book paired with Perlmutter's " Grain Brain" does a great job.

Extensive book

This is an extensive take on the low—carb lifestyle. I was inspired to download this as it’s written by an author who has experience in the nutrition field. The author has painstakingly discussed the key concepts surrounding the high-fat diet and weeds out the misconceptions.

The Complete Keto Guide

I think the keto is the way to go for those of you who are younger. I highly recommend this book and diet. I know many who have had great success. However, due to my age, the high fat involved in Keto makes this one hard for me to follow.

Simple and great informative

This book improves if you have a basic knowledge of cooking and know when and how to season food appropriately, rearrange steps so they make more sense, and adapt the recipes to your own tastes while keeping the nutrition the same. Buy this book!

Good place to start

If you want help with the shopping or meals for a month this is a good book. It was one of my fist Keto books I purchased and lacks in-depth detail of keto, or really what ingredients to avoid (other than basic). If your looking for that kind of detail, this book won’t provide it

Pretty incredible.

I wasn’t aware of the vast benefits Keto can bring. It turns out, as we get more calories from healthy fats and cut back on carbs, we will be able to start burning fat and lose weight. And what’s more? We feel strong and restored —without feeling hungry or deprived.

proper book to rely on

The one hundred recipes here makes one hungry but for healthy foods, alright. I wasn’t sure what to expect with a ketogenic diet plan and this guide has summarized the important details from basics to advance.
