Great book

Very straightforward. Not hard to follow. I like all the recipes and the ingredients are not hard to find. I recommended this book to all who wants to live a healthy life.

Like it

It is not easy to give up some favorite snacks to follow Kito's diet. I feel tired and always feel lack of energy when playing sports. But things are going well over time.I lost 2 cm waist since I started following the directions on this book. An useful book for beginners like me

Great Information

This is a very useful book for those wanting to change their way of thinking about diets! The diet seems easy enough to follow for someone who eats meat. I wanted to find out about the Keto diet, and I will have to pass on this one. I am a strict vegan, so much of what is being share will be hard to follow. However, there is some very useful information on the level of carbs in your foods, and the measurements I can apply to my everyday life. I thank the author for writing this book.

Solid starter book

Exactly what you need to get started. Couple chapters of background, meal plan, shopping lists and plenty of good simple recipes. Although the sample meal plans will make you cook more then you need to, most of the recipies will produce multiplie servings so you really only need to cook 3 or 4 meals per week and live off the left overs if you are doing the diet by yourself. But you could make most of these meals for the whole family, most things dont taste like diet food.

Eay to follow book

I love this book! It is very clear and makes it easy to understand the reasoning of the Keto diet. I don't feel like I have to starve myself. I now spend a lot of time in the kitchen making healthy meals for my family. I was never much of a gourmet cook, but this book has meals that look like gourmet meals.

FANTASTIC

Tough diet to stick to when you’re ONSESSED with carbs. But I was delightfully surprised at how much actual food you can eat. Basically all the cheese and bacon you can eat! The alterations I need to incorporate for my husband’s allergies made some dishes unappealing. But with trial and error we will get this figured out and we will be better versions of ourselves because of it!

Delicious & Healthy

Terrific recipes! So many great ideas that are both easy and tasty. My teenage son, who is picky, even ate some of the food I cooked using the recipes from this book. The citrus chicken wings were my favorite; in fact, all the poultry recipes I've tried so far have been delicious. The recipes are easy to follow, and the ingredients are easy to find. A must have for new keto dieters.
