One of the best

This is one of the best guide to have for fast keto diet program. It's a complete beginner guide where all the basic are available. You will get all the answers what you need to know if you want to start. Worth than the price. This book can be a good one for any beginner.

In the 19 years I've been a member of Amazon, I've never once “Pre-ordered” anything, with the exception of this book. I found all of her information to be extremely well researched, and she consistently provided far more useful and important health information, of a higher value, than even most of the medical doctors who've posted on the same subjects. I decided to give it a shot, but still with some reluctance, as eating this way is totally counter intuitive to the way I've eaten for the last 40 years.

Fantastic

Wish this book had pictures of the recipes but overall I like it regardless. The recipes are easy to follow and it provides a lot of ideas for different vegetables and combinations. I think the forward is really informative. Plus, the fact that I can read it on my Kindle app on my Android is a huge plus.

Very straightforward

I have been practicing a ketogenic diet for a few months now. I bought this book after hearing Martina on one of my favorite podcasts with Jimmy Moore. I've found that living a ketogenic lifestyle works well for me, but I realized i needed help to keep me going and focused in this carbohydrate crazy world of ours. Melissa's book lays out easy and straightforward information to keep me focused and on track plus her tasty recipes don't require a lot of time or energy to prepare. I recommend this book

I have been doing keto for a year know. I've read a ton of information about keto and listen to keto poscaat as well. This is book is well written and is such a great resource book! She explains the ketogenic way of eating very well, provides 3 different paths to take to be successful and it has a ton of recipes. It's like getting 2 books in one....an informational book and a cook book! I initially bought the kindle version but loved it so much that I also bought the printed version! This is excellent for beginners as well as experiences ketogenic dieters!

You know that after dinner craving you get, where you just want to throw something together for a sweet treat with whatever is in the pantry? This book has more than a few recipes to solve this. It also has many, many recipes that only need a handful of ingredients I don’t have on hand. On top of that, these recipes are easy, don’t require fancy gadgets, fit into a LCHF or Keto lifestyle and are delicious!

A great book of dessert recipes for people on a lo

A great book of dessert recipes for people on a low carb diet. They taste every bit as good as those high sugar desserts that are so bad for you. Many of the recipes do use a sugar substitute which probably should be natural stevia and not one of those miracles of industrial chemistry that taste sweet but have too many nasty side effects. Quite a few have no sweetener at all and still taste great.

New to Keto

I was so excited this Keto cookbook!! I'm new to Keto so I didn't have a lot of ideas for food recipes and this book is loaded with recipes!! I've tried the Cheesy and Buttery Pork Chops and loved them and my family also enjoyed the Lettuce Wraps with Ham and Cheese. I am so looking forward to trying many more of the recipes in this cookbook!!

Great Book.

This is a really great book! The author story is interesting. The facts and data and meal plan outlined is done very well and easy to understand. The recipes are very good! I’ve already made ghee and mayo. It’s got a great recipe for ketogenic yogurt and granola, which I have missed and look forward to trying.

Very informative and helpful.

Very informative and helpful. Provided meal plans to help me get started. I liked the fact that it spelled out the various stages of adjustment and what to expect, as well as how the high fat content will effect the body. I would recommend this book to anyone who is seriously looking into alternative eating habits for weight loss. I havve seen the results and want to give it a try.
