Ketogenic Diet

This is the second book that I have purchased written by Jamie Ken Moore and just flipping through this afternoon the recipes look absolutely amazing and incredibly simple. This will be great addition for a busy family or for people who want amazing food but are short on time. I would highly recommend.

Useful and healthy book

This book presents the benefits of a ketogenic diet and gives you a structured and easy to follow step by step guide on how to get started and how to maintain a ketogenic. Benefits include weight loss and an overall better health. All in all a really good blog.

The information is straight forward and easy

The book goes into details on steps to lose weight fast like knowing your weight, your body daily requirement for calories, fats, carbs. It also includes a list of foods to eat and what not to it, the right quantities etc. This book does a great job explaining the benefits and the practice... This guide book will verify various of aspects that you need to know significantly the reasons of losing weight. I highly recommended this book to everyone for lost his weight and keep your body fit.

good to listen

Ketogenic Diet is basically a low carb diet that aims to switch the metabolism to fat burning by a caloric deficit. This book provided the basis of the ketogenic diet such as its purpose for weight loss, specific foods that are included in the diet as well as the benefits of the diet in the body. This was a more detailed guide with more than half of it containing content while the rest had the recipes. Overall, this is truly a beginner's guide!

Best starter book

I love this book. It’s very realistic about how Keto works and the problems you will overcome. I’m buying the paper version of this book to keep in my kitchen and have the simple recipes close by

Ketogenic Diet.....

This book gave the rudiments of the ketogenic eating routine, for example, its motivation for weight reduction, particular nourishments that are incorporated into the eating routine and also the advantages of the eating regimen in the body. This was a more itemized guide with the greater part of it containing content while the rest had the formulas. Generally speaking, this is really a learner's guide!

Brilliant for keto newbies

I had a basic understanding of keto but this book really helped in explaining the benefits, reasons why and different types of foods that fit within the keto diet. Definitely will listen again and have already recommended to three of my friends.
