Very Useful Book

Impressive!

Great book! Fantastic information in a condensed, simplified listens to. Its duration is 3 hrs and 16 mins but this duration can change anyone life.

Really enjoyed this book...

This book was literally life-changing for me. I never had trouble with my weight, but after I turned 35, I gradually began to gain a pound here and there. I kept it off, but only by obsessing about food all the time. I worked out constantly, counted calories, chewed sugar-free gum... I'd eat breakfast and start thinking about lunch. I couldn't concentrate at work... and to make it worse, as soon as I'd drop the pounds, I'd seem to have to eat even less to keep them off. I was constantly ravenous and unable to concentrate. My god was my belly!!! This audio guide really helped me a lot!

After maintain & follow this diet plan continuously near about 4 months, I'm perfectly content with my size and... I DON'T WORRY ABOUT MY WEIGHT ANY MORE!!!

Next steps after a Keto diet

The audiobook and concept are great. The only complaint is the listener has a heavy English accent. I have been doing this diet for about 2 months and confident I can do it for my whole life.

Great product!

Food tastes especially good the day after fasting. In general, food just tastes better. As if fasting cleanses the pallet. I don’t feel deprived on the fasting days. But, around 8:30 in the evening I remind myself that I’ll soon be sleeping and then I can wake up and appreciate the fact that I can eat whatever I want within reason.

This way of eating bends very easily in lifestyle

Once you’re doing this diet regularly, you can’t overeat because it’s uncomfortable to do so. I can’t say how many inches I’ve lost, but my clothes aren’t as tight. On fasting days I drink Boost protein drinks which are filling and the chocolate is very good. It’s 240 calories so I can use the remaining 260 calories for regular food. Women can consume 500 calories when fasting. Men can have 600 calories. Doesn’t sound like much, but choose the right foods and it’s plenty. :)
