This narration is awfuuul

The reader of this book is shiteee. Puts much emphasis on the last vowel of the last word, in every sentenceee. I feel like taking a hot poker to my eaaars. It's as annoying as sitting beside someone eating with their mouth opeeen. The audio has a lot of reveeerb. Content of the book is good howeveeer. Wouldn't recommeeend.

I Really Love This Keto Diet for Beginners!!

I have listened to a few other books on this subject and this one does a good job making the diet easy to follow. Everything is covered from the history of the diet, the benefits, how to measure ketones, and macronutrient breakdown. Anyone who is interested in a low carb high-fat diet should give this a listen.

Informative Book...!

I tried Keto last year and gave up because it all seemed difficult and the research online was not the best nor accurate. This book tells you everything you need to know about the Keto diet. Despite the recipes not having pictures just listening to them, they sound amazing and pretty simple. I love this book and recommend all to purchase it if you are trying the Keto diet.

Enjoy reading the book.

Very easy to understand!! The amount of knowledge during this book is awe-inspiring. it's most data, nice instructions and a breakdown of macros on every recipe. Excellent book

is most commonly recommended to drink half of your body's weight in ounces. Therefore, if you weight one-hundred and fifty pounds, you will want to drink a minimum of seventy-five ounces of water a day.
