Great book

Reading this book answers many questions about keto genesis and intermittent fasting. Has special mention how apply keto diet and fasting in women. I read the book to answers doubts I had and I highly recommend

Nothing new, somehow strange, mediocre narration

If you're new to keto - okay, but still I'd recommend "The case for keto" by Gary Taubes to start your journey. This book tries to be funny or colloquial at times, I found that rather strange. The narration is a bit weird as the narrator doesn't know how to pronounce certain words (betahydroxybutyrate, autophagy), which is annoying. And there a lot of background noise. I had to stop multiple times because it was so annoying. I must add that I'm a keto expert - and I expected much more of the title (mastery) but in fact there was nothing new to be added. Disappointing.
