A plant-based diet is best for me. This book is very useful to me because it contains a lot of information about ketogenic vegetarian diet, vegetable diet, whole foods nutrition. These diets protect against a number of diseases.

NOT keto and NOT vegetarian? VAGUE .

not relevant to the title at all. it opens by talking AGAINST the keto diet, and then goes on to talk about meat (this is a vegetarian book?) and gives a recipe for a fruit smoothie (that's sugar and not keto) very misleading. I am strongly opposed to the message this is giving people , it's like the author pasted some info from a different subject matter and said 'thatll do'.
