These recipes are sooo good. No driving 100 miles to the fancy grocery store for weird ingredients either. Recipes are accessible and simple. Whole family enjoyed them with carb filled modifications for the children.

I became interested in a ketogenic diet. In this book, I found many recipes that suit me. I see, there are no keto-avoided ingredients. It seems that these are really healthy recipes. I'm going to cook Classic Beef Bourguignon first. I think it's not difficult even for a beginner in the cooking. I will recommend this book to my friends.
