Perfect guide for all...

Take this book and make healthy recipes from this book. This book-length is 3 hour 27 minute. I have made the red salsa chicken, chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, beef curry, West African peanut stew, and the Thai coconut chicken soup and they are so dang delicious! Overall excellent!
