Tremendous!

I tried the Eat to Live diet a couple of years back. Talk about MISERABLES. All restrictions, no taste, and hungry 24/7. I've tried paleo, gluten-free, a low carb that allows artificial sugars and alternatives, vegan, vegetarian, high carb-low fat, and this diet just works. If it doesn't work for you- I'd find it hard to believe. Just give it 4 months and tell me you genuinely don't feel better, more informed, and happier. Anyways, I have this audible to thank for getting me out of a blood sugar depression.

This audible makes the most sense scientifically

I started dating someone new and fell off the bandwagon but I plan to pick this audible back up and get myself back on the right track. It offers so much scientific information that really backs up everything it says. I've listened to it all and tried it all but this audible makes the most sense scientifically.

A must-have for everyone’s HEALTHY Recipe library!

This audible doesn't say "hey go out and eat all the cheese, oils, and fat that you want". It is actually very particular about what you should be consuming. No processed oils, no vegetable oils, raw cheese is preferred, and more. But it gives you realistic options- like dry farmed red wine (which is SO good and really no different tasting). A must-have for everyone’s HEALTHY Recipes library!

Elegant!

We find out the keto diet is best with high fat (the right kinds), moderate to lower protein, and low carbs. You will NOT be hungry, you will NOT be tired, and you will NOT get the "keto flu" if you follow this audible. I can confidently say that the hardest part is the mindset. Which gets easier when you are full all the time. Elegant!

BEST KETO RESET DIET AUDIBLE!!!

Following this audible not only the HOW to do it, but also the WHY you should do it and WHY each part is important. I have been following the rules and ideas of this audible for only 4 days now and I feel great. I like that I was well prepared for everything that has happened to my body over the past few days and I feel confident that I will be able to stick with this. THE BEST KETO RESET DIET AUDIBLE!!!

I would strongly recommend this audible

I love how the author has you start out slowly before you go full blown into Ketosis reset diet. He has you take it one step at a time so that you can ease into it rather than going full out and crashing. I would highly recommend this audible as the author goes into great detail to discuss the science behind the ketogenic diet, the benefits from doing it.

Wonderful knowledge on getting started with Keto!

I highly recommend this audible!

The audible teaches that a ketogenic diet allows the kindling to burn off for good and the logs to catch fire in their place. The recipes are wonderful in the audible and are very simple to make. I highly recommend this audible!

This audible does a fabulous job!

The word keto is used in so many contacts in popular culture today. This audible does an excellent job breaking it down to the bare minimum. The analogy used in the audible that fat burns in your body like on fire and carbs burn in your body like kindling for a fire is a wonderful analogy. This audible does a fabulous job!

Easy To Assume!

I like the audible and recipes are pretty good. Got me started on this great diet with a good explanation of what needs to happen and how it works, then I looked for a nice additional recipe audible now that I’m 4 months in. I recommend Keto Reset Diet by Samara Kelly once you get this audible and learn the diet. Easy To Assume!

I’m excited to keep trying these recipes!

I just hear through the audible and love it! Your plan makes it seem so doable. I ate Keto last year and felt great but also felt like I didn’t have the proper info and didn’t eat enough veggies. I love that this cook audible is Keto but also clean eating! I am doing a whole 30 as well- and will be able to modify these to work for Keto and whole 30!

I made the Thai meatballs and cilantro cauli rice/ HUGE family win. I have 4 kids and it is hard to find something they all really like. I’m excited to keep trying these recipes!

One of the best Keto audibles I've heard. It is good for beginners OR for those interested in really understanding the science behind keto. It offers an easy meal plan to wean yourself off of carbs, and also provides brand suggestions for supplements, remedies, etc.
