Good read

I believe he has done very good points. I started reading this book to assist with my marathon training and it did help. I however believe the Keto diet for me at least serves more of a maintenance function rather than a lifestyle.

This audio book is more than it's recipes. It is a guide through the learning of the Keto diet. Definitions of terms, explanation of stages, solutions to problems. I find myself listening it regularly during the beginning of my journey.

Author’s approach to keto is much more flexible than others. Tons of information and recipes. author gives lots of options for whatever style of keto best fits your lifestyle and works for your body. The recipes I've tried are delicious too.

delicious recipes

It has so much information containing how to do the diet as well as a set meal plan that you can follow. Only thing is that most of these recipes require some time and would not be beneficial for people who are always on the go

This book gives you the details on the Keto Diet

I am a vegetarian and have been thinking of switching to a full on ketosis life style as I strongly believe food is our medicine and this is how we are suppose to eat.
