Great book!!

I use it all the time! The recipes are straightforward, they taste really good and I'm able to make a variety different meals just by adding in a few things occasionally to my grocery shopping. Much obliged to the writer for giving us such an excellent audio book.

Excellent Resource!!

This book teaches you everything you need to know to starting your ketogenic diet. It teaches you how to prepare your meal, how to preserve it and this was the perfect source I needed to start my journey. You do not have to go anywhere else to finding all the tools you need because it is right here. This book also comes with a ton of recipes for you try. Healthy Keto Meal Prep Guide.

There is a wealth of information in this audio book! The recipes are incredible and creative. And the front end information is so helpful. Great Resource!

Loved the keto meal prep tips. Tons of Recipes and gives options to customize keto for you. The attention to detail is phenomenal. This author has really opened my eyes and led me in the right direction of High Fat eating. I really appreciated the science in this book. There are meal plans as well which can be really helpful when you first start this kind of diet. I would definitely recommend it.

This audio book is fantastic.

Mastering the keto meal prep gives you all the tools needed to succeed with the keto lifestyle. I love the layout which makes it easy to jump from section to section. The first part covers the keto diet and what to expect. The second portion talks about meal prep and planning and what to keep in mind. The last section gives you a variety of keto recipes for your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts. if you are tired of fad diets and are looking for a long-term solution that works, get this book.

I really enjoyed listening to this audio book. It is a great starter guide to the keto diet. Clarified many misconceptions and gives lots of practical tips.The writing was clear and provided essential tips to get the most of my meals. Wish I heard this sooner.

Loved the meal prep tips. The recipes are easy to make and the instructions are detailed. The macro and serving size are provided which makes meal planning a cinch. I have already lost 12 pounds. A great Grab!

This is one of the clearest and most concise guide on the keto meal prep diet that I have ever listened too. I found so many great meal plan recipes in here that I can really enjoy.
