Keto Meal Prep is the best !

This is an excellent book. It gives an overall description of the diet and what it can do. It starts with explaining, giving hints for success, shopping lists, recipes, and sample meals. Very easy to follow. I started the diet for two weeks and lost weight, lowered my sugar and in such a short time felt like I was more awake, alert, and physically stronger with less ailments. My doctors were finally pleased with my progress. I'm ordering another recipe book so as to keep having choices to keep on this diet.

Love this book
