I'm only on week one and I'm LOVING the simplicity

I'm only on week one and I'm LOVING the simplicity of this meal plan. I have 3 kids and so much to keep up with as is. My only qualms are a few problems with editing such as, week one ingredients list avocado oil when it's supposed to be avocado for the burger recipe. I've seen a few other comments about this. This is the perfect plan for a busy person though. Very simple recipes that are absolutely delicious.

I was excited to try Keto, but I didn't really con

I was excited to try Keto, but I didn't really connect with this book. I followed the first week's meal plan and got very burnt out towards the end of the week (5 days). Lots of eggs, mayo, and blue cheese. Also, the shopping list didn't really always align ex: shopping list called for 2 dozen eggs, but total eggs in recipes came out to 26.... minor, but kind of annoying. I still want to try keto, but I am going to look elsewhere for my meal planning. I need a little more variety. Overall, it's a good concept, and someone else may find this book very helpful, it just wasn't for me.

All the recipes look delicious. Haven’t tried any yet. But at first glance: Organized beautifully. I love that it has the 3 different types of prep (beginner, performer, maintenance). I liked all the bonus recipes too.
Only one star down because I would’ve liked to see pictures for each meal prep recipe. Maybe it’s just my personal opinion, but cooking is very much visual and I believe cookbooks should be as well.
Otherwise, still looks great. I follow Liz on IG and am inspired by her fitness level. That’s how I came to purchase.

My take away from this book is this – no matter how much time you think you don’t have, this guide makes it possible for you to have time. Recipes are simple, quick and delicious. It’s so well laid out, not confusing and visually puts you at ease. When I first saw it, I thought, “Oh wow, I can do this”, and I did. I used to feel overwhelmed with other meal preps because you don’t get it drilled down like this. In this format, it’s easy to be successful. Alex Rodriguez in writing another incredible tool for keto’ers of all styles!

I am no expert, to be sure. But, since I do have T

I am no expert, to be sure. But, since I do have Type 2 Diabetes, I have some concerns with the basic philosophy of a Keto meal plan. At the same time, everything else I have tried has failed me, so, maybe, with some adjustment, Keto is the way I need to go. At any rate, I want to review the contents of the book, and the writing style of the author, not pass some sort of judgment regarding health issues. I mention it, more as precaution for other people, as I would hate to hear of some deaths resulting from the latest fad diets.

Great a condensed book.

Great a condensed book. Although there were several typos and editing errors, overall the book clearly explained the difference between a Ketogenic Diet and IF; as well as the ultimate benefit reaped from combining the two. I particularly appreciated the Author’s comments regarding the timing in which to avoid the IF, if one is on the Keto Diet. Good book; highly recommended!

This cookbook is gorgeous!! I love that there is a fantastic photo for every recipe so you know what you are aiming for. I've already made the beef kefta with veggie pilaf and it's delicious! Many of the recipes have corresponding videos on youtube where Bobby makes them in real time if you want to see the how-to in action. The book itself is beautifully laid out with everything you need to know, including macros. If you're an experienced cook, you'll enjoy these easy recipe and if your'e new in the kitchen, you'll surprise yourself and your friends with what a good cook you are! Get this cookbook - you'll be so glad you did! Fresh, healthy eating - it's all here with FLAVOR!!

This Book not only goods great aesthetically but the book feels great in my hand... There are beautiful pictures for every recipe. I love how the authors personalities shine through in the book. The introduction had me laughing out load. I love the guidelines, the macros, and information for each one.. n u can actually go to YouTube and watch them cook some of the recipes for reference. I know the recipe lists look long on some of them but when you read through you realize this is mostly things you already have... Super Excited to #keeponcooking #flavcity ROCKS !!!

A medical condition was the inspiration to cook healthy with whole foods. The discovery of Bobby and Dessi Parrish's Flavcity channel on YouTube was the beginning of my food "reeducation". Their videos give detailed instructions for cooking yummy, healthy meals as well as being entertaining. And their cookbook is the perfect accompaniment. First, I love the layout of the book. It's so user friendly. Second, the photos are beautiful. Flavcity Keto Meal Prep cookbook is definitely my gift to give for family and friends for the holidays this year!

The book just came out but so far I have started


The book just came out but so far I have started at the front and will work my way through the book. Hope Amazon lets me add another review later when I have done more, taken photos, made a video.

So far the shakshuka is great and so are the spinach & feta muffins. DELICIOUS! I just got the "everything bagel" seasoning and am going to try their bagel recipe. It makes it seem like I could really make them - and a healthy version at that. Never thought I could easily make my own bagels.

I purchased this book because I’m on maternity leave and would like to stay keto. Normally I cook every day, but it’s harder now. This book gave a lot of ideas on how to cook things ahead, use fewer dishes, gives ideas for paleo keto, and other options on how to make the recipe different. There’s no pictures, which can deter some people, but I’m ok with it. This has made it easier to stick with keto, have delicious meals while doing minimal work and clean up. We even had some of the ingredients for a few meals in the freezer already! This is my go to book right now

Recipes where they are broken into sections and easy to follow. Beautiful photos of each recipe! There are video tutorials for many of the recipes on the FlavCity Youtube channel. Also includes prep time, cooing time, storage and reheating suggestions and the nutritional macros for calories, carbs, fats, protein and fiber

We have followed Bobby and Desi on YouTube! I have watched his videos and loved his recipes. I got the cookbook for myself as a Birthday present. I am not Keto or anything except trying to get healthy and loose weight without loosing the flavor!
I haven’t had the chance to make any of the recipes but I can’t wait! This is one of the best cookbooks I have ever “read” and the photos are gorgeous! I can’t wait to make the shrimp burgers and the cheddar biscuits! The coconut shrimp recipe looks amazing

Absolutely LOVE this cookbook

Absolutely LOVE this cookbook and recipes! Made the flank steak and creamed spinach recipes for dinner last night – absolutely out of this world! The biscotti recipe is scrumptious. I’ve made it several times and its now a staple in my house. If you want to eat healthy and feel better and eat food that is absolutely scrumptious, these are the recipes for you. This is such a high quality cookbook with great, tasty keto recipes. It helps me to stay on the clean keto path without sacrificing taste. This book makes cooking and keto fun. I highly recommend! The recipes in this book look amazing.

The recipes in this book look amazing. I have made many of Bobby’s other YouTube recipes over the last six months and have been so happy. I am looking to making many of the dishes in the cookbook. Thank you Bobby and Dessi for putting this beautiful book together. The pics are so beautiful (great job Dessi). With this book Keto is not boring or the same old same-old. Swapping different proteins will create great variation allowing us to eat Keto and have great tasting food at the same time. I am so happy you guys created this book. I am really looking forward to trying the Keto friendly breads. The biggest disappointment I experienced by going Keto is not having bread. Thank you so much for getting us these recipe

Love the YouTube Channel as I was burnt out on cooking healthy and Flav City's energy, cooking times, shopping price comparisons, & selecting healthy products. The importance of label reading to really understand what is in our food has been VERY interesting. I had already been trying several recipes from the cooking videos so I knew I in for a treat once the book arrived. The cookbook arrived right on time and the recipes are just as yummy as the ones I had been trying online. I also really like how the breakdown of nutrients, calories, etc. is noted on each recipe. Definitely recommend this book (and checking out their channel) for anyone trying to change up their eating habits or just bored with the same old plain eating.

The cookbook has a hard cover, thick pages that hold up well and packed with full color pictures of the recipes prepared. It’s a beautiful cookbook! Also, I love how they indicate above each recipe if they have a YouTube video of that particular meal. They also have symbols indicating if the recipe is keto, paleo, Whole 30, or low-carb. I love this cookbook and it is now among the favorites in my large cookbook collection.

I've purchased many cookbooks in my time, but I love the content and format of this book.

I may be biased because it is written by a fellow Chi-town resident, but I can't wait to make these meals. The instructions are clear and the pictures are great. I stumbled on Flavcity's YouTube channel and was an instant fan, which is why I had to purchase the cookbook.
