I really enjoyed audible book about Keto Meal Prep

This book is an entire variant and gainful also in giving you exact data about recipes and diet. I bought this guide from Amazon when I purchased that after I learn more recipes dishes and reduce weight from this guidebook directions. This guide for the beginner. I also a newbie. I love all the recipes and step by step guide.

I found this book very helpful. It was very informative a d gave me lots of good ideas about what to eat. I appreciated the dietary I formation provided before each recipe.
Absolutely accurately help everyone avoid cravings for small snacks during the day. Overall this is a great book.

I am following this book overall great instructions share. This is what you should eat. Useful supplements. Healthy two weeks meal plan. Easy shooing list. Tasty illustrations. Best Keto Meal Prep 2019 Cookbook For Beginners

I have been trying to maintain a KETO friendly lifestyle for months and months. The trouble is coming ideas for meals that would appeal to my wife who has no interest in Keto. This book is just that. It's full of ideas that you can use to make dishes you hadn't previously considered. When I had a chance to read a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review, I couldn't resist! It's helpful guide about Keto Meal Prep

It's helpful guide for beginners. This book has good content and easy to understand. Especially this book is very helpful for male planning if you are interested in weight loss and want to get some Keto Meal Prep 2019, you can follow this book.
I use it all the time. The recipes are relatively easy, usually taste really good and I'm able to make a variety different meals just by adding in a few things occasionally to my grocery shopping. I liked the recipes but found their suggested menu to be boring as you’re repeating the same meals all week long. Highly recommend this book.

Useful cookbook, love it.

Good info for beginner in Keto Meal Prep 2019. Menus and recipes are included. I recommend it for those learning to Keto.
I felt from the very beginning of this book that the author actually cares about his readers and that's kind of what drew me in. The advice was very practical and I am already putting his instruction to practice in my life and I just finished the book. :)

Great information and easy recipes!

Excellent!!This is a great cookbook for those interested in strictly following the ketogenic diet. The recipes use simple, easy to find ingredients. The instructions are clear and straight-forward. As a warning to some, there are no photos provided in this cookbook. This did not bother me, but as other reviewers have noted this is a drawback for some. However, the fact that this book had a Vegan section was a huge positive for me. I was very surprised and excited to see that in a book that focuses heavily on the ketogenic diet!

Easy and healthy keto meal prep

I was recommended this book from a friend of mine. My wife and I really enjoy all recipes inside the book.
All of the Keto Diet recipes, tips and guides that I need to know about how to prepare healthy and delicious food for my family and friends and stay healthy lifestyle are already included and well-illustrated inside. Travis Zehren is a master chef on this topic.

Really good ideas.

I’m new to Keto so this is a great introductory cookbook when a new way of eating can be overwhelming with do’s and don’ts. Pros: I really liked the beginners guide for week 1 and 2. Breaks down your shopping list and gives you an organized way to do the cooking for the week ahead saving you time. Cons: there are quite a few recipes within recipes which cause a lot of flipping around in the book and can make you feel scattered and a little disorganized.
