An essential guide for us

Delicious recipe! I love to listen it! Easy to listen and understand. I love this book, structure, nutrition tips, diet plans and such information. I've already tried a few recipes and they were very easy to follow and taste very easy. Great book!

Recommended!

Good recipes and a solid way to get started with Keto. The weekly summaries ingredient list don't match up well with what the actual recipes call for though. I ended up wasting a lot of food going off the summary list, next time I'll just look at the recipe itself.

Wow! Awesome! A rare cookbook.... usually when I buy a cookbook I end up liking maybe three recipes in the whole thing. This one is rare in that, I have liked all of the ones I have tried except for two. That's unheard of! And I have tried quite a few thus far.

This book is for those who want to explore the ketogenic lifestyle. It is clearly listen about whom the ketogenic diet is suitable for and why it will help improve the health status of diabetes, for example. There is a detailed description of the benefits and features of keto diets, as well as recipes.

Prescribed!

I love the information in this book, the structure, nutrition tips meal planning and such. My favorite recipes are classic deviled eggs, spinach and cheddar muffins, French style strawberry omelette, and Italian style eggs with mortadella bits. I received this book for free for my honest review. Lovely.!!!

I'm impressed!

Yummy! recipes are easy to follow and bring cooking skills to another level with the instant pot.Their recipes are intentionally basic and I more use them as a baseline to figure out how to make what I really want. It really teaches you everything you need to know and helps to take some of the stress off of meal prepping.

Highly recommend!

I hope this guide will help everyone. I enjoyed listening to the entire cookbook. My very favorite thing is the break down of carbs, proteins, fats, etc. For each recipe, I am making it very easy and straightforward to track for yourself. Also, it gives options to make recipes vegetarian and dairy free.

So many other guides I’ve looked at claim to be meal prep, but then offer a different recipe for each meal of every day. I’m anxious to make several recipes from this cookbook! I'm satisfied with this guide. Amazing!

The recipes themselves are exceptional. The food comes out incredible. I would like to see an intermediate version as well. I don’t need a recipe for boiling eggs or cooking bacon. I prefer this guide for all. Thankful!
