An interesting book to read! This is a very well explained book and guide to the Keto lifestyle. It provides delicious Keto Meal Plan recipes with easy to understand instructions and delicious lifestyle with Meal Planning techniques. A great book to read and A must-listen for anyone interested!

I really enjoyed these books.

I really enjoyed these books. The writing is clear and backed by research. I liked that the author discusses the common myths and meal prepping tips. Meal prepping has saved me so much time. Recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts are provided and come with serving size, prep time, and nutrition information. Anyone who wants to eat healthier and lose weight should get these cookbooks.
