Great Book
This is a very informational book, with everything you need to know before starting the keto diet, in a very pragmatic and nuanced manner. It points out all the possible issues of the diet, and how to determine if it's fit for you, which I did not see in other books! On top of that, it's short and easy to read. I do recommend buying the physical book over the audio book, as it's easier to see the recipes and shopping list, and the narration is a bit boring.

it’s everything you need to know about keto and how it can work for you.There is a wealth of information in this audiobook. While the recipe books provide amazing information on keto eating, this book fills in all the gaps with questions you have or why your body responds the way it does and how to problem-solve what is needed to make it better.
