A great way to start on keto

Wow & amazing ,this book is the game changer. It was challenging to make keto a sustainable diet for the long term. If it basically allows us to set it and forget it, we can have peace of mind that we are doing better than we have previously been doing!" I decided to get this ketogenic diet book out of the blue, and say I do not regret this decision at all. I like this book

A must-have! I want to recommend this book for people who long time want lose weight but actually dont know what need to do.All beginners and dieters want to say, everything is real. Everything will turn out, if you follow the small rules. In the beginning will begin "breaking" and the body may require a hamburger. But it's just a habit.Thank for this audiobook If you break the old bad habits and form new ones, the process will go faster. You just need to start and not retreat from your goal.

Yummy recipes for all my family!

I love this audiobook because it has lots of good recipes that I can make easily and I know the ingredients are what I need. I had enjoyed listening and learning from this book. Clean eating has helped me balance my sugar levels

I'm not a great cooker, and to be honest I don't like to waste a lot of time on a kitchen. So, I decided to take this book and see what's in there. And how I was surprised when I realized that the recipes from this audiobook are just an amazing thing! I find the recipes practical and they've turned out well for us.

It’s the perfect aid for getting started on the k

I followed the meal plans provided in the book and lost six pounds in the first two weeks. I feel so much healthier and have noticed a lot of positive changes in my body. I would highly recommend this book to anyone starting out on a keto diet because it simply explains the premise of the diet without going into too much detail. Great addition to Keto library

Keto is not an easy lifestyle change to make, but these recipes are very good and have made me wonder why I didn't start this sooner! I especially love the author's easy-to-understand explanation of ketosis and why it's important for better health. There are some good recipes that can be made in all different modes of the device. would recommend this audiobook to anyone that has one of the keto.

Lots of great recepies

I found this book very helpful. It was very informative and gave me lots of good ideas about what to eat. There are several staple recipes I use from this book and it has excellent information for those new to keto - especially surrounding women's bodies.The recipe's are very easy to follow and the ones that I have tried so far are very tasty.

Best keto cookbook I've found

This is my favourite keto cookbook and although ideal for keto beginners is a must for all stages. As a newbie starting a Keto diet - I was really pleased with this book. You could literally get up and running from the recipes and little bits of interesting info here and there. . It is full of useful and helpful information, so take your time to listen it.

Much more than a book of recipes

Eating fat to lose fat is the principle behind the ketogenic diet. Unusual as it may sound, this particular diet regimen works by pushing the state of ketosis so that you burn off fat as your body's main source of fuel. But while this particular diet regimen is effective, there are still many people who failed because they were not able to follow through with this regimen successfully.This recipe book is a compilation of foolproof, easy recipes that you make feel better and better every day.

Another great addition to my Keto library

a must have for the keto kitchen

Excellent book and a must have for the keto kitchen. I like the fact that most items required for the recipes are items you normally would have in a keto kitchen. Tons of recipes

The ketogenic diet is all about nourishing and healing your body with nutrient-dense whole foods.This is a great resource for any Keto diet or low carb diet. The ingredients she uses are familiar and readily on hand for me, I have been cooking Keto for a short time and have accumulated several different foods that I didn't use before going Keto.This book fits the bill of being really Keto and really easy to use!

Best audiobook ever!

This brought me some new unexpected tastes.

The Ketogenic diet is really amazing! You eat fat - and you lose fat!
For the last I've been keeping the Keto and tried a lot of recipes. Usually I buy all the new recipes books here on the subject. I doubted anything would impress me but got to admit this book by Lisa Cook have brought me some new unexpected tastes. I'm very pleased!

Highly Recommended!!!

I've been cooking my way through this book and I haven't cooked a single "fail" yet. My non-Keto family has give ALL the recipes the "gladiator thumbs up " which is awesome! This audiobook gave me the tools I needed to start Keto and explained the standard diet. I’ve tried a few of the recipes already and they were easy to follow and tasted very good.
I am giving this book a five star review because it is well done.
