Just repeats himself

Kept repeating the same information and i thought it was about the ketogenic lifestyle with exercise. Keeps telling you to eat Bannas.? Terrible book in my opinion

Good for beginners

A good book for anyone quite new to strength training and the dieting that goes with it. However, don't expect to learn anything new if you're relatively advanced.

Fun drinking game: take a shot every time the narrator says "steel cut oats"

Nothing New or Interesting

Always curious if narrators are given any information about the book or subject. The immediate blaring gaffe was the mispronounciation of the title subject and it was downhill from there. The first two "books" offered nothing that can't be listened to on a podcast offered by physicians and scientists. I will say however that the last "book" does provide good information on strength training in general. But again, this information is available on podcasts. If someone is looking for information on the Ketogenic diet (pronounced keetogenic) or intermittent fasting, this is not a good primer. Save your credits.

Just another book

This book is just another of many that give you the same information that your friends will tell you. The fact that in the middle of a chapter they start to read line by line each recipe is very time consuming and frustrating while you are driving due to the fact that you are trying to skip that part.

couldn't stand listening to.

narrator doesn't say keto/ketogenic correctly to begin with. i ended up stopping at chapter 2. not everything mention is accurate from what I've learned in the past few months while being keto. Cholesterol Clarity by Jimmy Moore is a better book to learn about keto.

Misleading information

People need to understand what keto it really is there is no dairy there’s no processed food there is no sugar what is promoted here is low-carb but the fasting information for in a man is pretty on pointI’m a football chemist I specialize in ketogenic diet true keto/fat adapted or fat for fuel

Might be a decent begginer fitness book but it's not very Keto savy. A 30 carb post workout shake? Seriously?

What a great audiobook!

Absolutely loved the book. I have tried to do keto several times but it never worked out, until I read this book. Not only did I learn how to efficiently do a ketogenic diet, but I also gained knowledge about overall health in general. In the book it’s explained how to overall better your health by teaching you how to get good sleep, gives insight on your circadian Raytheon, and much more.
