Best one!!

Simply put this book amazing. I own close to ten different keto books, including most of the cookbooks, and this is my favorite. It doesn't have recipes like the others, but it has so much information. This book helps you to understand keto, how it works and why, as well as how to do it right. If you are looking for one book to help you know keto, this is it.

Best weight loss guide

This is a comprehensive guide to keto diet. You can learn a lot of useful information and lose weight. There are many helpful tips, a detailed 4-week meal plan, a lot of information about what kind of food is good and which one is bad. Keto recipes are good.
