Mind-blowing Explanation!!

Keto explanations before the recipes even started. I enjoy reading 2 books about Keto Diet for Beginners and Vegan Keto Cookbook. I have to say that it is very well written and I enjoyed the style of which it was written and I look forward to reading more from the author.
I found this book about how to create such simple and delicious smart recipes in my home. It is fully loaded with simple ingredients with lots of simple and tasteful recipes. I'll definitely recommend this new Weight Visitors Freestyle Cookbook to everyone.

I really liked this book and would recommend

This book is splendid. I inclined such huge numbers of successful things from this book. I adore the fact that this book has so many easy recipes for people who are just beginning the 2 books Keto Diet for Beginners and Vegan Keto Cookbook, like myself. As the holidays come to a close, it’s getting easier to eat the foods that are better for you.
This change results in great health advantages like loss of body fat deposits, maintenance of blood sugar levels, etc. The amazing matter of this book that the beginning tells me what I can eat and what to avoid. Overall, This is a great book to add variety to my life and help me explain the Keto lifestyle to my family.

Its is amazing! Very informative and knowledgeable

This book was given to me to read and review. It has some wonderful recipes which are all healthy and quick when using your instant Pot. Each recipe is vegan and it makes it simple for beginners or seasoned vegans.
This book satisfies my need to know more about the vegan keto diet and the author has provided the recipes with as many details as possible to make it perfectly in a delicious way.Helpful book for them who want to lose their weight. Recommended.

Definitely a good read 2 Book Keto & Vegan

I was given this book for free to read and review. My husband has been on a keto diet for about a year now and he really likes it and has lost a good bit of weight.I was very happy with this cookbook and would definitely recommend it to my vegan and no vegan friends alike if they are looking for some good healthy recipes. It's nice to have a audible book

Great book. I really like it. I'm a meat lover, but still always looking for some new veggie recipes. This book contains a plenty of interesting recipes.

This books has good ideas

This book is an extremely useful tool, which can teach you how to prepare delicious vegetarian food without any efforts. It contains of huge number of recipes, all information is coherent and clear.
This book has been helpful with telling you what to eat as well as showing you pictures of what the food should look like. I really enjoyed this audible book and has continued to use it.

I would like to recommend this cookbook

I’ve purchased this cookbook such an affordable price and I’m happy with that purchase because insider here I got lots of recipes based on low calories.
I loved most of these recipes, and already tried few of them. All goes well on my side and I’m very happy with that. Author has done a great job and organized all these recipes chapter wise. I’m looking forward to use this cookbook further more for making more delicious meals.

A Wonderful Book with Great Ideas..

This book is very helpful and easy to understand. I found this book full of tips and advice I will use..This is an essential guide for everyone. there are no restrictions as far as this category of foods is concerned. fatty fist is particularly popular in a ketogenic lifestyle. salmon, mackerl, or tuna are great options. of course, wild caught fish is always the best option since breading fish will be higher in carbs. The author did an excellent job.

It's really well done. Beautiful illustrations, a very thorough and comprehensive guide to every aspect of keto you can think of, and also great recipes (all dairy free with the option of subbing in dairy).
