very useful

I have been trying to eat with the Keto diet in mind. First off, Keto is so much easier than some of these other health eating regeimens. This cookbook was purchased to help me with recipe ideas and to better understand what exactly I can/cannot eat. Very useful book when following the Keto eating regeiman.

This book is a great way to help you get a starting point if you are looking to start the Keto lifestyle. You are given a step by step of what you need to do. From some basic meal plans to ideas for workout plans as well. It's kind of like the cliff notes. So in other words it's foooproof. Very happy with this purchase.

You have to have the patience of a saint to listen to this

I’m sure this book probably has some great information but i’m pretty sure the narration is automated. There’s no way I can sit through an hour of this.

It is not easy to give up some favorite snacks to follow Kito's diet. I feel tired and always feel lack of energy when playing sports. But things are going well over time.I lost 2 cm waist since I started following the directions on this book. An useful book for beginners like me
