If you’ve been trying to lose weight for any length of time, you may be worn out and tired of traditional diets.

Any diet that requires you to starve and restrict yourself isn’t going to work, simply because it is impractical and difficult to stick to for any length of time

Dieting audio book

This keto diet book is awesome Wow...this book was such an easy listen and I think is a MUST listen for anyone wanting to start the keto lifestyle. It's kind of like a keto "bible". Amazing

This book is amazing! Adrienne narrate in such a way that is easy to understand. The first half of the book is her helping you to learn more about the ketogenic diet, the science behind it, types of fats, and all sorts of helpful things. I have never made so many recipes from one recipe book.

Ketogenic diet is well explained. The book also shows how this kind of diet works. It discusses the benefits that this diet could give. And it provides a step by step guide how to do it effectively. It also provides recipes that are very easy to prepare and very delicious. I would definitely recommend this book not only for those who want to lose weight but for anyone who wants a healthy life.

Explains the science and biology behind Ketogenic


This book is my “go-to” for current information on health and on living a well-formulated ketogenic lifestyle. There’s certainly a lot of conflicting ideas out there about how to eat and live “keto”, but Britt Wells has a proven track record in working with many clients over the years and they do their research—and stay current!
Some of the information is technical, but Writer does a really good job of making it understandable for us less tech-minded folks.
