Great book and great recipes!

The author was informative and had a strong knowledge on Keto. I loved the many substitutions for recipes and ways to cook the meals. Beginning of book was very educational with fundamental on low carb meals and the end of book provided excellent resources (blogs, websites, links, conversion tables, food calculators, etc). I feel like this book has equipped me to be knowledgeable and successful with my new Keto low carb journey. Highly recommend this books to others.

Great book

Keto diet good gude book.The keto diet will limit the volume of carbs consume.A Subsrantial portion of aily fuel will come from fat content is converted to ketones.A noticeable amount of fat burning is achieved with higher calories,and by sustaining food options used with the ketogenic planKetosis is used to help drop extra pounds and burn the using healthy eating practices.There are so many recipes in this beginner’s guide to choose from, and each one has a detailed step-by-step process described. Well worth reading!

It has helped me stay on track during my keto diet

This book is so helpful! It's informative and guides you in the right direction by giving you recipes and the shopping lists to go with all the ingredients each meal requires. Everything from smoothies to snacks to main courses can be found in this book. It has helped me stay on track during my keto diet journey.

This book explains well the Keto Diet.

This book explains well the Keto Diet. I do agree that Ketogenic Diet is easier to follow than other diet trends. I found it effective and convenient to follow. This diet encourages me to eat more fat so that I can lose fat. At first, I am confuse and wondering how. But then, this book explains everything which is easy to understand and make sense.
