A good book !!

The book gives a very good explanation of the Mediterranean diet. The book essentially gives you an introduction to the diet and gives a specific meal by meal diet all throughout the week.

These diets are a little bit too restrictive for you and you want a diet plan that will help you achieve your health and body goals without having to sacrifice some of your favorite foods.

Successful

I know a bit about the ketogenic diet and this book (actual3 books in 1) is by far the best I’ve ever seen. The guides go into great detail about what to eat and not to eat, how to tell if you are succeeding, and what to know to be successful.

I am improving.

Supper book

I discovered it genuinely simple to pursue however the weight reduction was moderate, yet I think it is solid. The genuine issue is, they ALL work on the off chance that you can stick to them. An ultimate book

An ultimate instant pot cookbook to me cause there have all year round recipes in this book which is enough to test. It has many recipes and most of them are very useful for me. The only downside in this book was, there are no photos in each recipe which i prefer in the cookbook but still, this book was worth to recommend because of its lots of choices to be chosen for your instant pot. Thank you, Author, for this excellent book.. Great book!

Very helpful book

This is an excellent intermittent fasting book for women. If you want to do intermittent fasting then this book is for you. Book has clear guidelines on what to do and not to do to get desired results of this method. A very helpful book. I highly recommend this good book.
