I thought a good place would be a beginners guide.

This book really helped me when I started my keto way of eating. The beginning of the book about why keto, what is keto, etc was extremely helpful and easy to read. The meal plan and following recipes are good. Some recipes are delicious some others are just average. However, I recommend this book for beginners or those curious about keto.

Well Written!

This book is full of amazing recipes! I have struggled to find recipes that will not only help me in my weight loss journey but also taste great for the rest of my family. This book gives a good introduction to ketosis to anyone who wants to start this diet. The book starts off by explaining what happens to the body physiologically when such a diet is started. The recipes also seem fairly easy to follow.Highly recommanded.

This cookbook is just that. If you are looking for in-depth information about the keto diet, keep looking. This has the basics only. That being said, it is a cookbook. It is filled with a ton of recipes that are actually usable and easily doable. I am looking forward to making a bunch of them.

This is a good discovery for me. I have been able to get many good dishes for breakfast, launch and dinner from this book. its shows a good source of recipes that will help you maintain a fulfilling diet plan. my experience with this book has been worthwhile. Excellent Book!

This was one of the best keto diet recipes book i read ever. There lot of keto diet books serve in market. We can choose what ever book we want. The unique to this book is how each recipe explain. Each recipe is detailed and informative. We can now learn to cook keto food as easy as possible. Beginners will totally love this book.

Good book but no pdf for recipes

Did as an audiobook and assumed I would get a PDF of the recipes. NOT. It is kinda pointless without a PDF to see how to make recipes.

Good Introduction to Keto !

Great book for beginners! The book is written very accessible, easy to read. A lot of interesting information was learned about the Ketogenetic diet. There are also good recipes in this book. Most of the recipes I wanted to check in practice, and I can say that this is the best thing I did, everything turned out very tasty. For people who are trying to lose weight, you should read this book. This is a really good book, thanks to the author!

Great read!!!

This Complete Keto Diet cookbook has great easy to cook recipes. I have a hard time coming up with recipes so I have always used cookbooks and this book has many recipes that even my daughter will eat and they are healthy for her. There are some great soup recipes that I look forward to trying especially in the coming fall season like the chicken enchilada soup looks yummy.

Great Variety of Keto Recipes !

This had a great variety of recipes, including breakfast, soups and sides. Each recipe was easy to follow with just a handful of ingredients. There were preparation and cooking times, so it made it easy to plan ahead. All of the recipes were also practical -- I would be happy with any of these dishes as a meal.

I Learned A Lot!

Favourite Keto Diet !

This has got to be one of my favourite Keto Diet cookbooks! This book incredibly easy-to-follow recipes, the author gives a great overview of the Ketogenic Diet, including its many benefits. Useful book

One of the best Keto Diet book. The author well explaination and step by step guide very helpful for me. This cookbook is clear and well-written. I love the ketogenic diet and save lots of recipes to go with it so it’s terrific to have all the recipes for the Keto lifestyle collected all together in one place. I read this book it's help for my Keto Diet plain. I recommended this book.
