I have to say if you are a beginner or advanced person in Keto this audible is great for you!! It provides so much information that can help with stalls and just eating cleaner. I was close to quitting Keto at one point and this audible helped me see things differently! This gives is all of the information you need!

Comprehensive info that's easy to understand

This audible has all the keto answers. All the ‘whys’ are in it. This audible is worth hearing and then referring back to again and again.

I had been led astray by a well-meaning keto group online. My weight loss had stalled and my hair was falling out. I’d had enough dogma, and I wanted someone to explain the science behind their answers. The Samara does this.

Since I’ve taken many of their recommendations, I’ve broken my stall and my hair is healthier. I have been able to break some habits that I didn’t realize were setting my weight loss back. If you want the truth about doing keto in a healthy way, this is audible. Comprehensive info that's easy to understand

I am captivated with nutrition!

This audible that helped me institute the keto lifestyle correctly and successfully. There is a lot to hear before the recipes start. Great outlook and mindset regarding health, nutrition, and keto. I am not one to use many recipes but still found this audible a great value. The few recipes I tried were great. I am captivated with nutrition!

An unconditionally amazing audible! I have and have heard many audible on this way of life. "Keto." I get no matter where you are in your journey. Definitely Intense!

So far I really enjoy this cook audibly. If you want to do keto and do it correctly, then this is the book to get. She not only explains the reasoning behind everything but shows you how to also meal plan everything correctly as well. The ingredients are all natural and some of the healthiest options I've seen from a keto cook audibly in a while, although this can make some of the recipes a little expensive and time-consuming. Definitely Intense!

Really Appreciative!

My Keto journey has taken a new turn now that I realize that I need to use my own fat and not follow all the bad advice out there urging us to eat more dietary fat. Now that I’m eating more animal protein and less fat, I’m losing weight again. I listen to podcasts and got bad advice from some. It really derailed me and wasted a lot of time. Now I’m in business because of Samara Kellys clear, evidence-based explanations that we need to burn our own fat to make ketones and we need protein to do that. This has brought it all into focus and now my meandering journey will be straight. I can’t put into words what relief and joy this gives me. I will be forever grateful. Really Appreciative!

Controlling weight

I love this audible. Started my Keto journey June 2018 and with the help of this audible I've been healthier then I've ever been and I've lost 30 lbs. The audible is full of knowledge and it's especially great for women doing Keto.
I found that it has A LOT of info and I was overwhelmed but I feel that is more me than the author.

Loved It!

This audible is by the keto expert Samara Kelly, and it is a comprehensive review of the underlying biology and mechanisms of keto. Their concept of oxidative priority is excellent, as is the section on the thermic effect of food, and many other helpful explanations. Loved It!
