Course material was organized well.

Great narrator! Spoke very clearly. Course material was organized well. I feel fully prepared to start the keto diet. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in keto and even those who have started and have knowledge of keto. This course is full of keto hacks that would be useful to people at any level!

Changed my life!

I would have to say this course has changed my life, literally. The knowledge I gained from this course like the ketogenic diet are blood glucose control, weight loss, weight management, healthy cholesterol levels, high blood pressure control, and improvement of strong mental performance , which I can apply to so many areas of my life. Its application is endless, having extra energy or surges at work, workouts have been hit harder like I did when I was younger, no energy drought that I felt was old age when it’s time to come home as I want to spend time with my Kids. The author keeps things informative yet makes the knowledge easily digestible. The content isn’t dry and there is no detouring -you want to play the next chapter as opposed to “pushing through it” like I’ve had with some other Keto ebooks/videos. Keto has opened a closed door that I accepted as just being tired from the demands in life. This audiobook has excited and impacted my life in a way that far exceeds the cost of £22.89 the product. Fascinating course.

This audiobook has excited and impacted my life

It was a class very easy to follow and understand, even for non speaker. Now, it was the theory, lets see how i can apply it. It will be a big challenge as I really love food. Also I will have some hard time with the sport activity, just got a very heavy shoulder surgery and I will have to rest for the next 6 month, so i will have to focus on lower body, but i believe its still good as the biggest muscles are there. So in the end, with all this, if it work for me, it will work for others. Lets start now !!! And thanks a lot for this class

The ways to overcome...

The book was quite informative and answered quite a few questions . It does cover an important point on hitting plateau as everyone’s body type is different and at times with age one’s progress may be slow in comparison to a much younger person. How to stay motivated when your progress slows down and one hits the plateau , the ways to overcome it. I’ve been a keto diet follower and I have faced this. If you can help me this it will be quite helpful

Very informative for most everyone. As a person with type 2 diabetes I will get answers about resolving low blood sugars as well.

Covered all bases of keto

This audiobook was very informative and covered all bases of keto. My partner and I recently went keto and it was great to hear we were on track for almost everything. Great information and well explained and guided. I only had one thing in the back of my mind that wasn't fully explained and that is which oils should we cook with if we want healthy keto fats?

I learned a lot of new things.

Some things I had learned before this course but I learned a lot of new things. This helped me to learn how to manage keto moving forward for everyday life. I would and have recommended this course to people. The teacher is also great. He is easy to follow and has a natural leader quality that makes it all the more easier to follow.

This course has given the key.

James is awesome! Wish I hadn't wasted so many months trying to piece together my Keto plan using youtube and just started here. You will not be disappointed. Answered all my questions and helped with templates to plan meals instead of just giving us the same recipes you see on the net. When I was single with no kids, weight loss was so easy...leave work, go straight to the gym, do not keep bread and cereal in the house. Now that I have four kids and my husband who like calories, I thought I would never be able to lose my baby weight. This course has given the key. Thank you!

I feel better now a days

I found out lots of stuff I didn't know. James comes across as a genuine person that really wants to help people. I love the fact that the narrator Bahl tells you if something based on scientific studies or his own personal experiences. I feel like have some really great tools and info to help me start on a keto diet. I feel better knowing that I can adjust my diet slowly.

Best then any other courses on audible so far

Awesome audiobook. I learn a lot from it. The instructor is really good at explaining what ketosis is, why is beneficial and how it's related to intermittent fasting. Also, he is pretty good at showing several different ways to measure whether you have achieved ketosis or not. The lectures are very well organized so if you really want to review on a particular area, then you can find it really easily. A really good course. I will recommend it.

Not like as robotic.

Great breakdown

WOW...What an amazing audiobook by Mr.James Abraham. Well done. Lots of useful information and most importantly easy to follow. I know narrator talked briefly about HIIT workouts and this is the best exercises for weight loss and muscle gain for Keto. Thank you and all the best.
