Awesome

Yes, I was looking for a book exactly like this, but I also wanted it to be this particular length. So this is a good fit. Well, what can I say about it? Good information about the ketogenic diet. Definitely helpful to know what to eat and what not to eat. I was surprised by the chapter about sexual libido. That's kind of a turnoff, but that doesn't mean the diet doesn't work.
