She is very good

This is a very well written cookbook! Along with some absolutely delicious desserts there is a wealth of information included! Carolyn explains in detail how different ingredients work to have the most success with your baking! She also includes a lot of dairy free options as well and I have personally made many of these and I dare say...you'd never know they were! I have never had a fail with any of her recipes! She is definitely the Keto Baking Queen!

This book is splendid. I inclined such huge numbers of successful things from this book. They taste just as great as those high sugar treats that are so terrible for you. A significant number of the formulas do utilize a sugar substitute which most likely ought to be common stevia and not one of those wonders of mechanical science that taste sweet however have such a large number of frightful reactions. Many have no sugar at all and still taste extraordinary. I was really astounded by perceiving what number of imperative recommendations accumulated in such a short book. Creator completed a phenomenal activity. I'll most likely prescribe this book to my loved ones. I really appreciate this book. Thanks to creator.

You know that after dinner craving you get, where you just want to throw something together for a sweet treat with whatever is in the pantry? This book has more than a few recipes to solve this. It also has many, many recipes that only need a handful of ingredients I don’t have on hand. On top of that, these recipes are easy, don’t require fancy gadgets, fit into a Keto lifestyle and are delicious!

A great book of dessert recipes for people on a lo

A great book of dessert recipes for people on a low carb diet. They taste every bit as good as those high sugar desserts that are so bad for you. Many of the recipes do use a sugar substitute which probably should be natural stevia and not one of those miracles of industrial chemistry that taste sweet but have too many nasty side effects. Quite a few have no sweetener at all and still taste great.

If you are getting a severe craving for sweets on Ketogenic diet, what are you supposed to do as there is a restriction of sugars and carbs on a Ketogenic diet. I found this guide from Amazon. Read on to know how exactly Keto desserts are beneficial for your health and how to keep yourself on track if you go overboard with sweetness. A food with super-low or no amount of carbs gets the body into ketosis, which is the primary goal of the ketogenic diet. When you consume high fat and low carb food, the body turns to utilized, stored fats in the body. Sugar is also a form of carbohydrate, and the amount of carbs allowed for a keto-er is about 50 grams or below this threshold per day. I want to thanks for the Author. Very good recipes. This book is full of super delicious recipes that everyone will love. If you're in a low carb diet, and you can't find delicious low carb desserts to eat, this book is for you.

Nice book!

This is a very well cookbook! Very informative and clearly written, you'll surely understand the concept of the diet.There's a great deal of formulas that look great in here. It is snazzy and wealthy in configuration, and also in the broadness of treats that are advertised. You will definitely adored this cookbook.

This is what I really need!

This is what I really need! My favorite part of every meal is the dessert! But because not all desserts are healthy, I am having a hard time looking for recipes that healthy yet still delicious. I mean, there might be a few online but to find 20 delicious and healthy desserts in one book, that’s heaven! This book is like a treasure! I love the variety of desserts in here. Totally trying each recipe in here! Highly recommended!

Nice to listen

The recipes don't have mile long lists of ingredients and it doesn't take hours to make them. The pictures are beautiful and help so much to see what the outcome should look like. I am going to start off by making her brownies tomorrow. I have her two other books and thank my stars every day that I found her.

WOW BOOK

A lot of recipes in this cookbook are awesome! The cheesecakes are the best, and even the peanut butter cookies with pork rinds are pretty good. The standard pie crust recipe, whip cream, and caramel sauce are all also very good. I can't wait to try even more recipes.

Best

One of the hardest things for people going to a keto diet is giving up dessert. The lure of creamy cheesecakes and moist cakes is the downfall of many of us who have rejected carbs to improve our health. This book, however, is your saving grace. After years of amassing low carb/keto dessert recipes from many sources, I can tell you that Melissa is the BEST out there.

This is a very good book to read especially for all those people who love keto desserts and sweet snacks. Wow, there's a lot of recipes that look really good in here. Best Keto Desserts. It was an awesome experience with delicious and healthy recipes. The high-fat and the low-carb combination is a hit in this fabulous collection of desserts. Great book!

I love this cookbook! It covers some unique and wonderful dessert recipes. I highly recommend this book because the recipes are easy and the ingredients are easily available and on hand. You can eat all these yummy desserts without worrying about your diet, they are all good for your health. Preparations and cooking directions are easy to follow with easy to find ingredients.
