Not Vegan Keto

The first part of this cookbook is not vegan, not even vegetarian. It does a great job explaning Keto. The second part is vegan but not Keto. I was hoping for a combination of vegan and Keto explanations and recipes in order to help me learn how to use both tools together.

There is a detailed explanation of Ketogenic eating. Most people think of a diet as something they do to lose weight. The Ketogenic diet is also a healthy maintenance eating plan.
