Als Tobias Ellen bittet, ihn zu begleiten, während er die HANSEN BAND auf ihrer Tour durch kleine Clubs in Norddeutschland filmt, löst dies bei Ellen ein großes Kribbeln aus, Vorfreude gemischt mit Angst. Sie dokumentiert ihre Unruhe in ihrem Tagebuch und geht dort auch den großen Fragen nach: Wieviel Verrat darf sein? Wieviel darf ich, wieviel muss ich für mich behalten? Wie nah kann man einander kommen in der Liebe? Was genau heißt "Nägel mit Köpfen" machen?
