The word Kaizen is repeated hundreds of times. This book is about making improvements how your business is operated. You'll discover that if you do, you're business will be more successfully. Good to know. My favorite part is in chapter 6 when the person said the long form of WTF and didn't edit it out. Thank you for that. Five stars for the editor's performance.
