Summary
Part-time bartender Erin Gardner is friendly to everyone who bellies up to her bar, including the local law enforcement and firefighters who keep her city safe. That's where she meets game warden Conor Paxton, a regular who she asks to join a canoeing trip she's leading for her university day job. When the trip leads to something more, Erin couldn't be happier.
Conor adores Erin, more than enough to help her continue to get over lingering self-esteem issues from her childhood. He's thrilled he's found someone who enjoys spending time in nature as much as he does.

So funny at times that really shouldn't have been
I know I read stories like this as an escapism of sorts but come on no man talks like this in the throws of passion ever, so did I escape? A little, did I laugh? Hell yeah alot

Loved the narration of Erin Mallon
Conor and Erin were perfect for each other, very happy the way they worked through Erin’s insecurities. When she is was young Erin was very over weight. Years later she loses the weight and needs operations to remove the excess skin. Conor comes from a loving family, where your heart means more than your outside.
