.........................

To find their soulmates, all they need is four dates, a kiss and a breakup . . .

Justin has a curse, and thanks to a Reddit thread, it's now all over the internet. Every woman he dates goes on to find their soul mate the second they break up. When a woman slides into his DMs with the same problem, they come up with a plan: They'll date each other and break up. Their curses will cancel each other's out, and they'll both go on to find the love of their lives. It's a bonkers idea . . . and it just might work.

Emma hadn't planned that her next assignment as a traveling nurse would be in Minnesota, but she and her best friend agree that dating Justin is too good of an opportunity to pass up, especially when they get to rent an adorable cottage on a private island on Lake Minnetonka.

It's supposed to be a quick fling, just for the summer. But when Emma's toxic mother shows up and Justin has to assume guardianship of his three siblings, they're suddenly navigating a lot more than they expected - including catching real feelings for each other. What if this time Fate has actually brought the perfect pair together?

I could not stop listening to this! I love that this book addresses issues such as attachment styles in relationships, as well as things like PTSD and how those things affect someone navigating relationships in adulthood. The main characters are likeable, relatable, and real, and the storyline is full of heartwarming and heart wrenching events; I was hooked. This is the 1st Abby Jimenez book that I have read/listened to, and it will not be the last. The work put into researching the mental health aspects of this story is evident and provides a sense of sincere realism - necessary when dealing with such matters. Beautifully narrated too :)

loved this :)

I really enjoyed how this book touched on serious topics while still being a great romcom. Loved how characters from the other books were woven in. Q&A with author at end was nice to listen to.

Love it!

Another emotional rollercoaster from Abby Jimenez, delivered beautifully by Christine Lakin and Zachary Webber.

Omg I love Abby Jimenez books, they really move me and I’m gripped to the point that I can’t stop listening and find myself creeping off to do ‘jobs’ so my fiancée doesn’t think I’m ignoring him 🤭
Her storytelling and obvious research she does in her books are stand out and put across so well by the fantastic narration, who are my absolute favourite American Narrator’s.
Love loved this audible listen 💕
