Lovely to listen to Just William stories, they were such fun to read when I was little.

Hilarious

I remember sneaking into my brothers room and reading just William from his comic book, he used to hide it from me☺

Well read, funny voices, I loved this bit of nostalgia.
a great way to introduce children( or adults!) to the fantastic Richmal Crompton.

A Classic

Both, the stories and the narration are wonderful. I enjoy listening to William’s antics despite my age.

I loved it.

I loved the story because at the end I liked the dog chewing the cat.

A Christmas Tradition

I have listened to these wonderfully funny stories (on CD) every Christmas for many years. Great to have then on Audible. Martin Jarvis's reading is sublime. The 'Audible Kids' intro, however, is awful, and the American accents utterly unsuitable for such an English subject.

The mixture as before.

Brilliant. If you know William Brown of old you will love it. If you don't, then prepare to be delighted. Breathes there a soul so lacking in fun and larks that William leaves them unmoved, or, horrors, excites their distaste? Even this species of po faced killjoy owes themselves a go at him in case their dull monochrome lives might be transformed by his mischievous subversion of stuffy convention. Such larks!
